Command Candle

Some situations don’t need a suggestion. They need a command. Command is a domination and influence candle created for spiritual work where you need to take authority, strengthen your influence, and have your words carry weight. Rooted in traditional domination-style work, Command is intended for situations where you want another person, group, or circumstance to become more receptive to your direction and desired outcome.

In hoodoo and folk-magic traditions, domination work may include placing a person’s name beneath your foot or inside your shoe symbolically keeping the situation beneath you and walking in authority over it. Command draws from that same symbolism: you set the direction, you speak with authority, and your intention stands over the situation.

HOW TO WORK IT

Write the name of the person, organization, or situation you are seeking to influence on your petition. Be clear about exactly what you are commanding or seeking to bring under your authority. Place your petition beneath the candle while it burns.

For traditional shoe work, you may also write the target or situation on a small piece of paper and place it inside your shoe so that you symbolically walk over the matter while working your Command candle.
