The Inner Alchemy Ritual Prep Set was created to help you intentionally prepare your mind, body, and spirit before your Inner Alchemy ritual work. This set is centered around the principle:

As Above, So Below. As Within, So Without.

What we carry internally has a way of shaping what we experience externally. Inner Alchemy is about recognizing the patterns, beliefs, emotions, and versions of yourself that are ready to be transformed, then consciously choosing what you are becoming next.

Your set includes an Inner Alchemy ritual candle, spiritual bath, and enchanted engraved mirror  designed to be worked together as a personal preparation ritual.

Inner Alchemy Spiritual Bath

The bath is your cleansing and preparation step. It is intended to help you release stagnant energy, old emotional residue, limiting beliefs, self-doubt, and the energetic weight connected to the version of yourself you are leaving behind.

Pour the bath mixture into the included muslin bag and steep it in hot water like tea. Allow it to infuse before adding the spiritual bath water to your bath or using it as a pour-over rinse in the shower.

As you bathe, focus less on what you are trying to receive and more on what must be released for you to become capable of receiving it.

You may pray, speak your petition aloud, or repeat:

“I release what can no longer follow me. I cleanse myself of the thoughts, habits, fears, and patterns that keep me attached to who I have been. I make room for who I am becoming.”

When finished, allow yourself to air dry when practical or gently pat dry.

Inner Alchemy Candle

After your bath, light your Inner Alchemy candle in a quiet space.

Before lighting it, write a short petition describing the transformation you are calling forward. Instead of only writing about material desires, focus on the inner version of you capable of holding those desires.

For example:

Instead of:
“I want more money.”

Write:
“I become disciplined, confident, receptive, wise, and intentional with wealth. I release scarcity and embody abundance.”

Instead of:
“I want love.”

Write:
“I become someone who recognizes, receives, and maintains healthy reciprocal love.”

Place your petition safely beneath or beside the candle and light it while focusing on your transformation.

You can work the candle over several days. Spend a few minutes with it each time you light it, reflecting on one belief, behavior, fear, or pattern you are consciously changing.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

The Enchanted Inner Alchemy Mirror

Your engraved mirror carries the words:

As Above, So Below.
As Within, So Without.

The mirror is meant to become a physical anchor for your Inner Alchemy work.

After your spiritual bath and while your candle is burning, hold the mirror in your hands. Look into the actual mirror side and intentionally speak to yourself as the version of you that already exists on the other side of this transformation.

Speak in the present tense.

“I trust myself.”
“I move differently now.”
“I am worthy of what I have asked for.”
“My external reality reflects the transformation happening within me.”

You may also speak your personal petition into the mirror.

When you are finished, close the mirror and place it near your candle or altar while your ritual is being worked.

Afterward, keep your mirror.

Carry it in your purse, keep it on your altar, beside your bed, or somewhere you will encounter it regularly. Whenever you find yourself slipping back into an old mindset, open it and remind yourself:

The work is not simply about changing what is around you. The work is becoming the person for whom the new reality is natural.

Suggested Ritual Order

1. Write your Inner Alchemy petition.
2. Prepare and take your spiritual bath.
3. Dress in clean clothing and enter your ritual space.
4. Light your Inner Alchemy candle.
5. Hold your enchanted mirror and speak your transformation aloud.
6. Sit quietly with your candle and visualize yourself already living, thinking, choosing, and responding as your transformed self.
7. Close by saying:  "As within, so without. It begins with me."

The Inner Alchemy set is not simply preparation for a ritual.

The preparation is part of the ritual.
