After you remove, you must refill. The Rise Soak Tea Bath is a botanical blend designed to replenish your body and spirit. Cleansing is incomplete without restoration. This soak supports: emotional reset, nervous system grounding, aura replenishment, and soft strength.

How to use: Boil water and steep in muslin bag provided for 15-20 minutes. Once cooled, pour over your body and sprinkle some in the crown of your head after your Black Walnut bath or your normal shower or bath. You may also use bath to soak if you prefer.
